I love the car washes
My wife and I had visited 5 competitive auto dealers in our area. When we visited this Acura showroom we expected the norm in "car salesmanship". Chris Wood, of your staff, isn't a car salesman ... he is a transaction facilitator. We were shown and exposed to the features of the Acura RDX. Never hyping any particular RDX feature without describing the "package" that housed that particular component. We felt extremely comfortable with Chris's demeanor, knowledge of product and most of all his attentiveness to the customer's needs. The RDX SOLD ITSELF via Chris Wood's approach and knowledge. Kinda hard to actually get someone on the phone or get a call back, but in person the only person I enjoy working with is Chuck. He is super personable, takes the time to explain to me the repairs I need and why ( I know very little about cars, so normally it takes quite awhile) friendly, and respectful! I always leave with a smile and a better understanding of my car.
just stopped in to look at new accord; found the right one on the lot; got fair price for tradein; no hassle, no demands, drove out two days later with new car and full tank of gas; TIM DEIR is one of their best salespersons; good personality, great knowledge of the vehicles, friendly to deal with; would purchase another vehicle from him; oh wait, already purchased vehicles from him and from the dealership!!!
I went to Garber to look at a used RDX, drove 2 different ones, looked at a new one as well. I finally decided on the one I wanted, the original one I came to look at and the process was smooth and efficient without pressure. Our salesman Rick was a true gentleman. I would recommend him without hesitation.
Rick was a perfect gentleman from start to finish, and I never felt pressured to buy. Great experience! I just went to look for a "new" used car and ended up buying. We drove two used ones, looked at new ones as well. If your looking for the no pressure sales guy, go see Rick!
I was "just looking" and not really planning on buying this time out. My interactions with all the people that I met at the dealership lead me to purchase a used Acura that day. My salesman was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and not aggressive. I was allowed to take the car for a spin by myself and many of my questions were anticipated and followed up with photos or documentation. My salesman spent 2 hours going over all the technology etc... and I feel I could call him with any questions or concerns.
