Made an appointment online for what I thought was a Saturday (after thanksgiving). When I drove in I was told I wasn’t on the schedule for that day, for some reason I made it for Friday. The service writer made no hesitation to tell me he could still get my oil change and NYSI done. Very happy with the service. Thank you.

I have dealt with Rick Gross for my last 4 cars. He. Makes sure make an Informed decision o n the car I purchase. He always makes sure I know know all the ins and outs of the vehicle and fixes all the settings and connects my devices.. He always is available for any questions..I feel free to stop in for help. I WILL be back to Rick in 3 years when my lease is up.

My husband and I enjoyed a low-stress experience with Tim Wilt when we ended our TLX lease and upgraded to an RDX. Tim was helpful, friendly, professional an facilitated this process very efficiently. I mentioned my love of dark chocolate, and Tim surprised me with some dark chocolates in the console of the car and at his desk when we came to pick up the car — what a nice touch! I love the Acura brand, and wanted to stay within that brand and Tim helped make that choice a no-brainer.

DId everything I requested, took care of a recall I didn't even get notified of until two days later, returned a cleaned car, and put the $25 they found between the seats in the center console for me. Al while I had some cookies and surfed the Net. I like this place.
