At Acura of Rochester, our first priority has always been the safety of our employees, customers, and community. We have been closely following the development of COVID-19 and are committed to providing the exceptional customer service you expect while also reducing the risk to our employees and customers.

We are taking extra precautions in our showrooms and service centers by cleaning and sanitizing high-touch areas frequently. We are more than willing to arrange in-home test drives or deliver your newly purchased vehicle directly to your home. If you are a high-risk individual who needs their vehicle serviced, we will arrange to pick-up your vehicle and deliver it back to you. You can also use the night-time drop boxes at our service centers to minimize contact.

We know the current situation is cause for concern, so if there’s a specific way we can assist you please let us know. As of right now, we will continue to be open our normal business hours but will update our social media and websites accordingly if there are any changes.
